She reset her health, shared her learnings, and has been on the forefront of boosting health and happiness. Her insights are applied holistically throughout all aspects of her life - including family, applying The Next Normal to boost The Next Generation. She co-founded ACT as a platform to reach more people.She keeps connecting to thought-leaders to make their insights available, anytime, anywhere.
